The Family Resource Coordinator - Special Educator, Developmental Specialist, (FRC-DS) is the initial contact for children and families with concerns regarding their child’s development. The FRC DS will address family concerns; conduct initial screening and ongoing evaluations according to ESIT (early support for infants and toddlers) requirements and guidelines. Additionally they will provide special instruction, and supervision of developmental associates daily practices.
