Skagit Preschool and Resource Center (SPARC) is a local 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving the Skagit County Washington community. We provide educational, therapeutic, and related services to children from birth to five years of age who have neuromuscular or developmental delays, disorders, or chronic medical conditions.
Our team of professionals will guide you through the process of identifying any developmental delays or disabilities, provide educational and therapeutic services, and connect you with other helpful resources.
