How do I refer my child to SPARC

Referral Process, step by step

If you have any questions at all, please call us.

In Skagit County, children between birth and three-years of age should be referred by contacting the Lead Family Resource Coordinator for the county.  Talk to Annette or Cindy at (360) 416-7570.  They can complete the initial paper work, talk to you about your options, and send us the referral --- simple!

Any children from birth to six in Skagit or nearby counties can also receive evaluations and therapy services  through our neurodevelopmental program.  Please call SPARC directly to make a referral to this program.

If you live in:

MOUNT VERNON:

If child is between 3 and 6 years old and you are interested in our preschool program through the Mount Vernon School District, you can go directly to the Special Services Offices of the Mount Vernon School District.  They will complete initial paperwork and send us the referral.  Their phone number is (360) 428-6141.
