Process, step by step
If you have
any questions at all, please call us. |
In Skagit County,
children between birth and three-years of age should be
referred by contacting the Lead Family Resource Coordinator
for the county. Talk to Annette or Cindy at (360)
416-7570.
They can complete the initial paper work, talk to you about
your options, and send us the referral --- simple!
Any children from birth to six
in Skagit or nearby counties can also receive evaluations
and therapy
services through our neurodevelopmental program.
Please call SPARC directly to make a referral to this
program.
If you live in: MOUNT VERNON:
If child is between 3 and 6
years old and you are interested in our preschool program
through the Mount Vernon School District,
you can go directly to the Special Services Offices of the
Mount Vernon School District. They will complete
initial paperwork and send us the referral.

BUR.LINGTON, LACONNER, AND SEDRO
WOOLLEY If your
child is between the ages of 3 years and 7 years, Preschool programs are provided by your
local school districts. SPARC does not provide
educational programs in these two cities.
However, if you are
looking for additional neurodevelopmental therapy services through SPARC,
please call us to schedule an appointment.
CONCRETE AND CONWAY
SPARC provides
Birth-to-Three services for these two cities. All
you need to do is call the FRC number above. ALL OTHER AREAS

will be happy to tell you about developmental services
available in our area. In most cases, SPARC can
provide developmental evaluations and therapy services. |
