PROGRAMS & SERVICES

Skagit Preschool and Resource Center (SPARC) is a local organization serving the Skagit County Washington community. We are a dedicated team who provides educational and therapeutic programs and services specifically for children with special needs, birth to five years of age.

Our program can provide your family with guidance, education, and expert support required for your child’s development. We are educators; providing families with the right knowledge and resources, at the right time.

Whenever possible, we encourage children with special needs to participate in programs with children in our community. Let’s work together to identify your needs and provide you with the tools and support you need to succeed!
